Return conditions:

If you return items through our courier company, the return cost will be reimbursed by LC Waikiki.
If you return items through another courier company, the return cost will be reimbursed by the customer.
Items can be returned under the following conditions:
The item must be stored in its original form (it must have a label attached to it).
The item should not show any signs of wear
The return period is defined as 14 days from the date of receipt;
Return items must be accompanied by a return form invoice and purchase receipt.
Items that do not return due to hygiene policy: Underwear, swimwear and socks.
Items purchased online are not returned to stores.
